The Fulfilment Factory is an innovative solution to the picking and packing of small items in a mix of e-commerce and retail distribution. The concept consists of the steps: storage, «Infeed station», sorting and sequencing and packing station.
Being a single-item based approach, it is independent of an order structure and is also flexible to changes in the businesses structure.

This solution offers a new approach to split case order picking which is designed specifically to meet the modern challenge of multiple sales and distribution channels — Today and in the future.
