• Articulate the customer demand and specific request within the project to ensure the right internal understanding for the solution design
• Articulate the proper solution description to avoid misunderstandings or wrong interpretations
• Calculations for warehouse solution
• Support of costing and pricing
• Development and update of KN project documentation as per the guidelines
• Project Communication with the client as well as all involved KN departments
• Support operational processes during ramp-up after implementation
